Ingredients

  • 4 lb. spareribs, cut into serving pieces
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sherry
  • 1 teaspoon ginger

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large shallow baking dish.
  2. Add the spareribs to the dish and coat them with the marinade.
  3. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, turning the meat occasionally.
