- Brown sausage in a skillet.
- Pour the cooked sausage and grease into a casserole dish.
- In a separate bowl, whip eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sausage in the casserole dish.
- Cube the slices of bread and lay them over the top of the meat and egg mixture.
- Grate the Cheddar cheese and sprinkle it over the top of the casserole.
- Refrigerate the casserole overnight.
