Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 large tube refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage, onions, green pepper and garlic until sausage is no longer pink.
  2. Drain well. Add cream cheese until melted. Set aside.
