Ingredients

  • brown sugar
  • onion
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • water
  • sausage
  • green pepper
  • tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a skillet.
  2. Remove the sausage and pour off the drippings.
  3. In the same skillet, mix the remaining ingredients: brown sugar, onion, Worcestershire sauce, water, green pepper, and tomato sauce.
  4. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked sausage back into the skillet and heat through.
  6. Serve hot over rice.
