Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups herb croutons or frozen hashbrowns
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 pounds bulk sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Place croutons or hashbrowns in a greased 9 x 13 inch dish.
  2. Top with shredded cheese and browned sausage.
  3. Beat eggs with dry mustard and 2 1/2 cups of milk.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the dish.
  5. Refrigerate overnight before baking.
