- Cut the loaf of sourdough or French bread in half lengthwise.
- Pull crumbs from each section, leaving approximately 1/2-inch crust, resulting in about 3 cups of crumbs.
- Brown the pork sausage and drain excess fat.
- Over low heat, stir in the bread crumbs, beer, spaghetti sauce mix, and tomato sauce.
- Stuff the meat mixture into the bread halves.
- Place the stuffed bread together, wrap in foil, and seal.
- Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes.
