Sauteed Fish Fillets

Instructions
- Dip the fish fillets in milk.
- Then coat the fish in wheat germ.
- Saute chopped shallots in cold pressed oil and butter in a skillet for 2 minutes.
- Add the fish to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes on one side.
- Flip the fish and cook for another 2 minutes on the other side until the fish is cooked through and easily comes apart.
- When serving, toss minced parsley over the fish.
- Arrange lemon wedges on the side.
