Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 slices tomatoes
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • seasoned flour
  • brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Slice tomatoes into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  2. Dredge tomato slices in seasoned flour.
  3. Saute in margarine until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Just before serving, sprinkle with brown sugar.
