Savory jumbo shells are filled with a delicious mixture of chicken, ham, spinach, and cheese, then baked until bubbly—perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 12 to 14 jumbo pasta shells
  • 3 Tbsp sliced green onions
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 cup chopped cooked ham
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs beaten

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package directions; drain.
  2. Combine sliced green onions, melted butter, thawed and drained chopped spinach, chopped cooked chicken, chopped cooked ham, grated Parmesan cheese, and beaten eggs in a bowl; mix well.
  3. Spoon the mixture into each cooked shell.
  4. Spread 1 cup of Cheese Sauce in a 9-inch baking dish.
  5. Arrange the stuffed shells in the prepared dish and top with the remaining sauce.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
  7. Optional: Broil for 3 to 5 minutes until browned.
