Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon jello
  • 1 box orange jello
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 small package cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package Dream Whip

Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple and save the juice.
  2. Add the pineapple to the lemon and orange jello along with 1 1/2 cups hot water.
  3. Stir until dissolved, then pour into a serving dish.
  4. Place miniature marshmallows over the jello and let it set and jell.
  5. In a saucepan, combine sugar, flour, pineapple juice, then add the beaten egg.
  6. Cook over low heat until thickened, then let it cool.
  7. Pour the cooled mixture over the jello once it has jelled.
  8. Whip the Dream Whip and stir in the cream cheese until smooth.
  9. Spoon the whipped mixture over the set jello layer.
  10. Sprinkle nuts over the top before serving.
