Ingredients

  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 pkg. saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 6 tsp. butter, divided
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together both cans of corn, crushed saltine crackers, beaten egg, 2 teaspoons of melted butter, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Place the mixture in a buttered baking dish.
  3. Dot the top with the remaining 4 teaspoons of butter.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
