Scalloped Mushrooms
Creamy scalloped mushrooms layered with bread crumbs and butter, baked to perfection. A comforting side dish ideal for mushroom lovers and family dinners.

Instructions
- Place one-third of the sliced mushrooms in a buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
- Cover with one-third of the bread crumbs and drizzle with one-third of the melted butter.
- Repeat with the remaining mushrooms, bread crumbs, and butter, layering each time.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and pour the white wine all over the layered mushrooms.
- Cover the dish and bake at 325°F for 25 minutes.
- Just before serving, mix the remaining butter and bread crumbs and spoon over the mushrooms.
- Bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
