Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked millet
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the millet in 4 parts water until tender, then drain and let cool slightly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked millet, chopped onion, peanut butter, and celery salt.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. Form the mixture into patties of desired size.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite sides or dips.
