  • 1 large onion, sliced thin
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 large potatoes, sliced thin
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • nonstick vegetable cooking spray
  • 1 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Saute the onion in the butter until translucent.
  2. Add the potatoes and combine.
  3. Add the lemon juice, thyme, and salt.
  4. Mix well.
