Ingredients

  • 7 3/4 oz. can salmon (undrained)
  • 1/4 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix

Instructions

  1. Drain salmon, reserving liquid; remove skin and bones if desired.
  2. Flake salmon with a fork.
  3. Dissolve chicken flavored bouillon granules in boiling water in a bowl.
  4. Add salmon liquid, milk, egg, parsley, and chopped onion; mix well.
  5. Add flaked salmon, stuffing mix, and cheese; mix well.
  6. Place mixture in 2 greased 10-ounce custard cups or casseroles.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  8. Serve hot, optionally with vegetable sauce.
