Ingredients

  • 1 lb. large scallops
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Fry scallops in margarine in a very hot skillet until very brown.
  2. Turn the scallops to cook the other side.
  3. Pour the sauce made from orange marmalade, Dijon mustard, horseradish, and soy sauce over the scallops.
  4. Continue to fry for about 2 more minutes to finish cooking.
  5. Drizzle the sauce over the scallops before serving.
