Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 bottle tiger sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Schezwan peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tamari sauce
  • 2 boned and sliced chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken broth, tiger sauce, cornstarch, and fish sauce in a bowl and set aside.
  2. In a wok, add peanut oil and heat.
  3. Sprinkle Schezwan peppercorns into the hot oil.
  4. Add sliced chicken breasts and sprinkle with tamari sauce, then quick-fry until cooked.
  5. Pour in the prepared liquid mixture and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Serve the Schezwan Chicken over rice.
