Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • salt
  • 1/2 lb. fresh tomatoes
  • 6 Tbsp. cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and add salt.
  2. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan and pour in the beaten eggs.
  3. Stir quickly and constantly until scrambled.
  4. Heat remaining 4 tablespoons of oil in another pan.
  5. Add tomatoes and sauté until bubbly.
  6. Mix the cooked tomatoes with the scrambled eggs and add sugar.
  7. Stir well and serve.
