Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. broccoli
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Saute celery and onion in butter.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs and mix placing them in buttered dish.
  3. Cover with crumbs and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
  4. Cooked chicken or turkey may be added.
