Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch broccoli
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Steam the broccoli, being careful not to overcook.
  2. Arrange broccoli in an ovenproof serving dish.
  3. Whip egg whites until stiff.
  4. Fold in yogurt and mayonnaise gently.
  5. Pour the mixture over the broccoli.
  6. Place under the broiler and broil until golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately.
