Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 small packages chocolate chips
  • 1 cup nuts

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff.
  2. Gradually add sugar and beat for 1 minute.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
  4. Drop from teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 275°F (135°C) for about 30 minutes or until browned.
