Ingredients

  • 2 cups loose-pack frozen cut broccoli
  • 2 cups cooked and drained medium noodles
  • 1 can condensed cream of shrimp soup (10 3/4 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can tuna, crabmeat or skinless boneless salmon (6 1/2 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a 1 3/4-quart casserole, combine broccoli, cooked noodles, soup, and milk.
  2. Drain and flake seafood, removing cartilage from crabmeat if necessary.
  3. Gently stir seafood into the broccoli mixture.
  4. Cook on 100% power in the microwave for 7 to 9 minutes or until heated through and vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  6. Cover and let stand until the cheese is melted.
