Ingredients

  • 4 peeled and deveined prawns
  • 2 oz. bite-size halibut
  • 2 oz. bite-size salmon
  • 2 oz. sea scallops
  • 2 oz. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 oz. white wine
  • 3 oz. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 oz. half and half
  • 8 oz. linguine

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
  2. Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add prawns, halibut, salmon, and scallops to the skillet.
  4. Saute the seafood for 3 to 5 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Pour in white wine and cook for a couple of minutes to reduce slightly.
  6. Stir in half and half, lemon wedge, parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Heat the cooked linguine and toss with the sauce.
  8. Arrange the seafood on top of the linguine and serve with garlic toast.
