Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, halved
  • 4 tsp. butter, softened
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

Instructions

  1. Skin the chicken breasts and place them in an ungreased square pan.
  2. Spread 1 teaspoon of softened butter on each piece of chicken.
  3. Sprinkle the chicken with instant minced onion, garlic salt, and paprika.
  4. Bake at 425°F for 30 to 35 minutes, until tender.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
