Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
