Instructions
- Use sirlion or any steak of your choice.
- Mix a half and half mixture of lemon juice (bottled or fresh) and cooking oil and baste both sides of steak with mixture.
- Sprinkle both sides of steak with lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder and seasoned salt.
- Broil or barbecue to desired doneness.
