Ingredients

  • sirloin steak
  • lemon juice
  • cooking oil
  • lemon pepper seasoning
  • garlic powder
  • seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Use sirlion or any steak of your choice.
  2. Mix a half and half mixture of lemon juice (bottled or fresh) and cooking oil and baste both sides of steak with mixture.
  3. Sprinkle both sides of steak with lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder and seasoned salt.
  4. Broil or barbecue to desired doneness.
