Ingredients

  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • dash of salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and sugar together in a bowl.
  2. Add well-beaten eggs to the flour and sugar mixture.
  3. Pour in milk, evaporated milk, melted butter, and a dash of salt; add vanilla flavoring and mix well.
  4. Grease a 9-inch pie pan with butter.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  6. Sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.
  7. Bake at 325°F for 40 minutes until set and lightly browned.
