Sesame Chicken Bones

Ingredients

  • 2 packages Chicken Legs (6 In Each Package)
  • 4 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 cups Soy Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Pressed Or Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Brown Sugar (light Or Dark)
  • 13 cups Rice Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients (except the bones) and then dump in the bones.
  2. Marinate up to 24 hours before cooking.
  3. Lay on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for about an hour, turning once.
  4. Sometimes I make these with just the sesame oil, soy sauce and garlic they always come out really good.
  5. Ive also cooked these with the skin on and off the chicken legs.
  6. Ive also added ground ginger to this too!
