A vibrant, layers of flavorful bean dip, seasoned sour cream, fresh vegetables, and cheese, perfect for entertaining or casual gatherings with a Tex-Mex flair.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans bean dip
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1/2 cup red chilies
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 large avocados
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 1 cup grated medium Longhorn Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread bean dip on a platter.
  2. Mix sour cream with taco seasoning and layer on top of the bean dip.
  3. Chop tomatoes and place over sliced avocados.
  4. Dice green onions and layer over the tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese over the onions.
  6. Garnish with chopped red chilies.
