- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Pour about half of the soup mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Layer in the partially thawed frozen peas, rice, and tuna.
- Add the rest of the soup mixture on top.
- Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese and paprika.
- Cover and bake in a 375°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- After 10 minutes of baking, cut through with a knife.
