Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. corn

Instructions

  1. Blend butter, sugar, flour, and salt.
  2. Add eggs and beat well.
  3. Stir in corn and milk.
  4. Pour the mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.
  6. Stir once halfway through cooking.
  7. When done, pudding will be golden brown and a knife inserted will come out clean.
