Instructions
- Cook bones and meat until meat is tender, about 1 hour.
- Take out bones and meat.
- Add rice, ground potatoes and onion to stock and boil.
- Add tomato paste, salt and pepper to taste.
- Boil until all ingredients are done.
- Cut meat off bones and serve meat alongside or in soup.
