Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. Oldbury Sheep Dip
  • 2 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla, and Sheep Dip until fluffy.
  2. Mix in flour until blended.
  3. Divide dough into four equal parts and shape into flattened rounds.
  4. Wrap and chill for 2 hours.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. On a well-floured surface, roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness.
  7. Cut with scalloped sheep-silhouette cookie cutter and place 1/2-inch apart on cookie sheets.
  8. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned around edges.
  9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before cooling.
