  1. Combine V-8 juice and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  2. Mix together crab meat, shrimp, cooked rice, chopped bell pepper, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the V-8 and mayonnaise mixture over the rice mixture and mix lightly.
  4. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  5. Top with bread crumbs and almonds.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until bubbly hot.
