Ingredients

  • 29 oz. can peach halves
  • 29 oz. can pear halves
  • 29 oz. can apricot halves
  • 20 oz. can chunk pineapple
  • 1 jar apple rings
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup sherry

Instructions

  1. Drain all the canned fruits.
  2. Arrange the drained fruit in layers in a large casserole dish.
  3. In a double boiler, combine brown sugar, flour, butter, and sherry.
  4. Cook over hot water, stirring until the mixture is smooth and thick.
  5. Pour the sherry mixture over the layered fruit in the casserole.
  6. Cover the casserole and refrigerate overnight before serving.
