A rich coffee cake with nuts and cinnamon, topped with a buttery brown sugar mixture, perfect for breakfast or brunch gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1 package frozen rolls, thawed and cut into fourths
  • 1 1/2 packages frozen bread dough, thawed and cut into pieces
  • Dry butterscotch pudding mix
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Grease a Bundt pan generously with shortening.
  2. Sprinkle nuts evenly over the bottom of the pan.
  3. Place pieces of thawed dough or frozen bread dough on top of the nuts.
  4. Sprinkle dry butterscotch pudding mix over the dough pieces.
  5. Mix cinnamon, brown sugar, and melted oleo (butter).
  6. Pour the cinnamon mixture evenly over the rolls.
  7. Cover the pan lightly with wax paper or a paper towel.
  8. Let the dough stand overnight to rise.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
