Ingredients

  • 4 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 pt. sour cream
  • 2 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix (with mushrooms)
  • 2 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 6 slices bread

Instructions

  1. Crumble the bread and mix it with the ground chuck, sour cream, spaghetti sauce mix, and onion soup mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into balls and brown them in a skillet or oven.
  3. Simmer the browned meatballs in four cans of tomato sauce with mushrooms for about 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
