Chocolate Clouds are airy, melt-in-your-mouth meringue cookies with rich cocoa and chocolate flavors, perfect for sweet tooths and elegant treats or casual gatherings.

Instructions
- Line cookie sheets with aluminum foil.
- Finely chop baking chocolate in a blender and set aside.
- Stir together confectioners sugar and cocoa powder with a wire whisk and set aside.
- In a bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar with an electric mixer at medium speed until thickened.
- Increase to high speed and slowly add white sugar.
- Beat until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the cocoa mixture and chopped chocolate until the mixture is uniformly brown.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
- Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C).
- Let cookies dry at room temperature for approximately 45 minutes.
- Bake at 200°F (93°C) for 1 hour.
- Store in an airtight container.
