Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup sherry
  • 1 (8 oz) container reduced fat sour cream
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the chicken breasts in a bowl. If desired, add 1/2 cup milk to thin the mixture.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking pan.
  3. Pour the prepared mixture over the chicken breasts.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika on top.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 1.5 hours.
