Ingredients

  • 1 package French Vanilla cake mix
  • 1 package French Vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup cream sherry
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix with an electric beater for about 5 minutes at medium speed.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan or angel food cake pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 45 minutes or until done.
  5. Cool for about 25 minutes before turning onto a rack.
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
