Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  2. In another bowl, mix together oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and chocolate chips.

  5. Bake in a 350°F oven for 60 minutes.
  6. Perform a pick test to check for doneness; cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from pans and cool on a wire rack.
