Ingredients

  • 1 c. corn meal
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Bake in cupcake pans at 400° for approximately 30 minutes.
