Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cut in chunks
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Cook slowly until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of sautéed shrimp to the sauce.
  4. Optional: add asparagus or mushrooms for extra flavor.
  5. Serve over buttered fettucini noodles.
