Instructions

  1. Place shrimp, cheese, and olives in a large shallow dish.
  2. In a 1-pint jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine lemon juice concentrate, Dijon mustard, sugar, thyme leaves, and salt.
  3. Shake well to mix the marinade.
  4. Pour the marinade over the shrimp mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add salami and red pepper squares to the dish and toss to combine.
