Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 (4 1/4 oz.) cans broken shrimp, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup seafood sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 large tomato, diced

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture over a 12-inch round platter or pizza pan.
  3. Scatter drained and rinsed shrimp over the cheese layer.
  4. Cover with seafood sauce evenly.
  5. Layer shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Add chopped green pepper, chopped green onions, and diced tomato as toppings.
  7. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.
