Ingredients

  • 10 oz. can refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 6 oz. frozen cooked small shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Press the refrigerated pizza dough into a 13 x 9-inch greased baking sheet and bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
  2. In a 10-inch skillet, heat butter until sizzling; add chopped onion, green pepper, red pepper, frozen cooked small shrimp, and dried basil leaves.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisply tender. Drain the mixture.
  4. Top the baked crust with half of the shredded Cheddar cheese.
  5. Spoon the shrimp and vegetable mixture evenly over the cheese layer.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  7. Bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
