Ingredients

  • 2 lb. large shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
  • sliced onion rings
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 Tbsp. dill weed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing white wine vinegar, chopped chives, dill weed, allspice, and sliced onion rings.
  2. Cook the large shrimp by boiling for 1 minute.
  3. Combine the cooked shrimp with the marinade and chill for 24 hours before serving.
