Ingredients

  • 2 cans golden corn soup
  • 2 cans full of milk
  • 1 (16 oz.) can potatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced scallions
  • 1/2 pound cooked salad shrimp

Instructions

  1. Mix the golden corn soup and milk in a 4-quart saucepan.
  2. Stir in the chopped potatoes and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
  4. Add sliced scallions and cook for 1 minute.
