Ingredients

  • 2 small boxes shell macaroni
  • 3 cans shrimp or 8 oz. imitation crab
  • 4 cups chopped celery
  • 1 medium onion
  • 5 oz. jar green olives, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the shell macaroni until al dente, then drain and let cool.
  2. Drain the shrimp or cut up imitation crab and set aside.
  3. Chop the celery and onion.
  4. Slice the green olives, saving the juice.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, shrimp or crab, chopped celery, chopped onion, and sliced olives.
  6. Add the olive juice along with dressing, salt, and pepper to taste.
  7. Mix everything thoroughly and refrigerate before serving.
