  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled

  • 1/2 large green pepper, chopped
  • 2 tsp. grated lemon rind
  • 2 tsp. sherry

Instructions

  2. Add peeled shrimp, sliced mushrooms, and chopped green pepper.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are pink.
  4. Add grated lemon rind and sherry, stirring to mix.
